PLEASE NOTE:

We regret that bookings cannot be taken starting or ending on Sundays. Weekly bookings are preferred from Friday to Friday but other days are possible.  

  • £150 housekeeping & laundry fee is applied to each booking.
  • Base rates are for one couple using one cabin.  Additional guests, after the first two, are charged at £10 per person per night.
  • A short stay surcharge of £250 applies for two nights, and £500 for one night. Please call Andrew on 07836 262222 to book short stays.  Generally these are preferred adjoining days already booked.
  • The Harpy sleeps 8 in four double cabins (with Cabin 4 convertible to a twin bedded room). Cabin 1 & Cabin 4 accommodate a cot (crib). Cabin 1 also has a small sofa usable as a bed (5ft 3' long - suitable for a child).  The living area can accommodate two further guests in a sofa bed and an inflatable bed, taking the maximum capacity up to 12: 10 adults and 2 children. Other than the additional guest charges shown above, the cot and additional beds are provided at no extra charge.
  • Booking deposit: 25% (transferable to other dates, but generally non-refundable), with the balance payable two months prior to arrival.
  • Check-in anytime from 4pm; check-out by 11am.
  • Bags can be dropped off before check-in; usually from 11am on check-in day. Bags can also be left on board to be picked up after check-out; usually until 4pm on the check-out day.
  • Payment: Bank Transfer, Cheque, PayPal (which can be linked to a credit card) or by Credit Card - on request, a credit card payment link will be sent with the booking invitation email.
